CJSR was lucky enough to win in 3 categories this year at the National Campus-Community Radio Association’s annual Community Radio Awards in Broadcast and Online, which took place in Cape Breton, NS on June 14th, 2024.

CJSR was recognized in 3 categories for our music programming. We are so proud of the hosts of these outstanding programs!

• Music: Blues or similar music: Winner: CJSR – Calling All Blues – Graham Guest and Grant Stovel
• Music: Jazz or similar music: Winner: CJSR – Jazz Fifty-Eight 8 – Randy Talbot
• Music: R&B or similar music: Winner: CJSR – The Purple Room – Shantu Diggs

We also got a runner-up for Creative Production:

• Creative Production: Runner Up: CJSR – “AD – Royal Bison Art & Craft Fair – The FINAL BISON” – Chad Brunet
